All rates per hour. Starting rates vary with the assistant's experience and skill set. The weekly minimum applies from month 2, so you're billed at least that many hours even in a light week.

Kick-off call
A first one-on-one with the VA you picked, to hand over your tasks and walk through how you run them today.
